Creativity has always been a part of who I am. Even as a child, I was drawn to making things, exploring ideas and seeing possibilities in the things around me. I’ve always loved the idea that something old, overlooked or left behind could become something entirely new.In 2022, I graduated in Spatial Design, specialising in styling. It was here that my fascination with fashion began to take shape. Not just with the clothes themselves, but with the craftsmanship, the details and the thought that goes into creating something that lasts. This curiosity eventually led me to study Fashion Design, where the idea for Ils began to grow. What started with handmade bags crafted from leftover fabrics slowly evolved into something more. Clothing found its way into the collection, and with it, a clearer vision of what Ils could become. Throughout this journey, one thing has remained constant: a desire to create with intention. To work with materials that already have a story, to value the process behind each piece and to create something that feels meaningful rather than simply new.Because to me, fashion has never been just about clothes. It’s about the feeling you get when you find something that feels unmistakably yours. A piece that makes you feel comfortable in who you are, yet somehow a little more yourself. Something with character, something unexpected, something you won’t find everywhere.
